These rank markings were made obsolete by a Home Office Security Directive in 1942 in favour of the adoption of standardisation around the stripe system as used by the London Scheme. 30mm tin and celluloid pin back Canterbury Bridge Blean War Weapons Week badge. Bridge Blean is a rural district council centred on the village of Blean to the north west of Canterbury. War weapons week was held in the period Feb/Mar 1941 and features a design of a British pre war Medium tank. Excellent, clean condition with some very minor corrosion to reverse. Scarce. read more
