Paper Salvage lapel badge.

Brass and enamel, pinback badge for a Waste Paper Collector. Unfortunately the N.R.F. intials to the front of the badge have not been positively identified. However, the badge looks to predate the official Ministry of Supply salvage schemes brought in from early 1942. An attractive badge in excellent condition with undamaged enamel.
