Austin, Longbridge Home Guard Anti-Aircraft Ashtray.
Stamped brass with enamelled medallion commemorating 231 ( 108 Warwickshire HG ) AA Rocket Battery. This unit was based at Longbridge, Birmingham and drew it's members from the Austin employees. Uncommon, printed badge featuring a Stafford knot printed in white with black details on a Venetian red background. This was worn by the South Staffordshire Home Guard Sector HQ and was worn on both sleeves. The only examples of them being worn appear to be on SD tunics.
