Wartime Lady's Red Cross Cap.

An excellent, wartime, official issue ' ski ' style cap worn by members of the British Red Cross Society. Fine wool body with a sateen lining with gold blocked details of Scott & Co of Piccadilly with large B.R.C.S. ribbon band mounted with a gilt and enamel Red Cross cap badge. Patent leather chinstrap surmounting a rigid peak. Approx size 6 1/2 and in excellent, clean condition with some minor cracking and damage to chinstrap.
