Early '40 Pat. Battledress Blouse bearing the insignia of the 4th Suffolk ( Yaxfield ) Battalion Home Guard in the form of printed ' SFK 4 ' shoulder insignia . Size 8 BD ( Height 5' 7" - 5' 8" Chest 37" - 38", Waist 32" - 33" ), label dated 1940 with WD inspection stamp. Manufactured by Montague Burton Ltd., Leeds. Printed Home Guard shoulder titles to both arms with Lieutenant , cloth rank pips to each shoulder strap. with WW1 War and Victory ribbons to chest. Clean condition with a smattering of moth damage to front and sleeve. Good original tunic.
