1940 issue Emergency Ration Card R.B.7. Designed to provide coupons sufficient for a weeks rations for one person they were issued where ration books were lost or destroyed or for periods where normal ration books were not to be used. This example issued to a Birmingham address and has some clipped and cancelled coupons and is in good, used condition. Uncommon.
