1938 Pamphlet marked ' Confidential ' entitled ' Air Raid Precautions - Outline of Policy ' . 16pg publication outlining the history and need and the proposed policy for air raid precautions for those who were appointed to drive the initial recruiting campaign in Autumn 1938. Drawing many of its' the lessons from the recent Spanish Civil War which it references, the publication goes on to list the requirements for the overall scheme for ARP in Britain from AA guns to Wardens. Good overall condition with light staple rusting and some foxing. Unusual and significant document in the understanding of ARP.
