Growmore Bulletin No.2 Pests & Diseases.

Started in 1940, the Growmore Campaign was one of the first practical responses to the growing need for food made evident by wartime demands. The campaign continued alongside the Dig for Victory campaign and this 1942 leaflet is evidence of this dealing with the pests and diseases likely to be encountered in the vegetable garden and giving advice on recognition and elimination of these blights. This example in good, used condition with minor chipping and creasing etc.
