Celluloid and tin pinback badge for the Emergency Relief Organisation. This was the name for most of the post-raid services including rest centres and air raid welfare in Scotland. From December 1940 the various post-raid organisations were brought under the ERO banner and badges issued. In good overall condition with some fading.
