1939 dated MkII helmet by RO & CO: Rubery Owen & Co Ltd of Leeds with a size 7 MkI, 1939 dated liner by J Compton Sons and Webb. This example is badged for a member of NFS No.13 Fire Force. No.13 Fire Force covered Norwich and surrounding area of Norfolk .Helmet in excellent, clean condition with manufacturer's markings clearly stamped to rim and to liner and owner's number and probably watch number painted to rim. There is however, a loss of paint to crown and one side where a corrosive liquid has been spilt.
