Women's Land Army Shoes.

A pair of size 5L leather, laced shoes for issue to the W.L.A. Made by Henderson of Leicester, these official issue shoes are clearly marked to the leather sole indicating their W.L.A. provenance and their size. Two issues, one they are of Post-War manufacture, 1948 and there is some failing of the stitching to the upper which would be a simple mend to a competent cobbler. These are identical to wartime issue.
