ARP Collar Badge - Sealed Pattern.

1939 Dated Sealed Pattern for the ARP Collar Badge embroidered on bluette. Badge attached to a Post Office Stores Dept. tag with a further wax seal. The Post Office Stores Dept. produced much of the ARP and CD insignia through out the War. In excellent condition.
