Telephonist's Gas Mask.

Officially modified Civilian Duty Gas Mask to allow use of a telephone exchange or telephone equipment whilst wearing mask. 1938 dated, size ' Normal ' mask with additional microphone/receiver and earphone on steel headband. In good, clean condition with some hardening to strap brace but otherwise supple and undamaged. Comes with the original 1939 dated carry bag.
