1938 MkII helmet for wear by St.John Ambulance personnel. Black overpainted 1938 MkII khaki helmet with St.John Ambulance insignia to front with a size 7, 1942 dated liner with a MkIII chinstrap. Good, used condition with minor abrasions, marks etc.
