Chrome and enamel, badge for Instructors, Local Air Raid Precautions. This badge was introduced in 1942 in response to requests for a government approved badge for Civil Defence instructors. This particular example is for personnel trained at a local level. Half moon lapel fitting to reverse.
In excellent condition with undamaged enamel and marked to the reverse H.W.M.Ltd (Millers).
