Early 1935 ARP Memorandum No.1

1935, 8pg memorandum issued by the Home Office outlining the initial provision of ARP for Councils across the country. This uncommon memorandum recognises the need for precautionary measures against air attack and sketches out the basic provisions that should be made and the first of the many that were to come.
