An excellent condition , probably unissued badge for employees of the English Cotton Sewing Company Ltd engaged on War Work. Based in Manchester the Company produced balloon fabric, nylon parachute cloth and utility rayon cloth. Pin back badge, numbered to the reverse produced by Thos' Fattorini, B'ham.
