N.A.A.F.I. Cap badge.

Embroidered N.A.A.F.I. ( Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes ) cap badge worn on waiting staff headbands and KD F.S. caps when abroad. Created by the British government in 1921 to run recreational establishments needed by the British Armed Forces, and to sell goods to servicemen and their families the NAAFI played it's greatest role during WW2 when it ran 7,000 canteens and had 96,000 personnel including control of ENSA.
Good, used condition, glue residue to reverse.
