1942 dated heavy duty cotton drill shirt/blouse for wear by Women Ordnance Factory workers. Elasticted waist and cuffs with cotton tie closures to neck. Prominently marked to neck with red stencilled ' ROF ' with label to interior. Good, used condition with some staining and marks. Scarce item.
