Scarce example of a wartime tie for a member of the A.F.S. All silk example produced under the ' Apsley ' brand by Hope Bros of Ludgate Hill. Ties were produced for a number of the Home Front services during the War and not commonly encountered. Good, used and faded condition. Scarce.
