One of the H.M.S.O. series of patriotic booklets produced by the Ministry of Information ' The Home Guard of Great Britain ' remains a particularly scarce title. This example, sadly lacking it's covers, remains otherwise, in good condition. The 65pgs are full of annotated photographs from ' The Beginning.... ' and includes chapters entitled ' Battle School ' and ' When Work is Done, Soldiering Begins ' also includes a photographic George Medal Roll with other awards. This example was circulated in the USA and is overstamped ' British Information Services ' Scarce title and in good condition with minor damage to spine.
