LCC Child's Evacuation Armband.

Hand-made, small armband with ties intended for wear by child evacuees form London County Council administered schools. Various differing armbands of this pattern exist but broadly conform to the same design often with differing types of tape forming the lettering. Good, used condition with some staining to ties.
