Wartime Player's 'Navy Cut' cigarettes.

Original wartime Player's 'Navy Cut' cigarettes in their original flimsy packaging. In an effort to save cardboard, cigarettes were wrapped in flimsy paper featuring a single colour repeating brand design. Introduced from late 1942 cigarettes were soon returned to their cardboard packs by Wars end. A rare survivor with contents intact and an intact wrapper. Wrapper has some staining and minor tears and creases.
