Squander Bug poster.

37 x 50cms approx . Another poster issued by the National Savings committee featuring one of the iconic WW2 images, the 'Squander Bug'. Originally conceived by the artist Phillip Boydell as the 'Money Grub' the scheme was accepted almost unaltered except for the name. This poster was an adaptation by another, unknown artist, in an attempt to riducule extravagance and promote saving. Bright and bold graphics.
In good to excellent condition with some very minor edge rips and creasing but otherwise an excellent example of a scarce poster.
