Flare Parachute and AA fuze souvenirs.

Two items that recently surfaced from a Nottingham house clearance - white silk parachute as used with German air dropped flares and a 1940 dated No.199 Fuse used with the 3.7" Anti-aircraft projectile. Parachute is in reasonable, creased condition with one panel ripped and other minor holes and rips with shroud lines tangled. Fuse patinated overall with clear indications of the projectile's detonation. Unusual and uncommon examples of the wartime souvenir habit.
