Gilt and enamel, pinback lapel badge for Cooke's Explosives Ltd., Penrhyndeudraeth. Cooke's site was at Penrhyndeudraeth near Porthmadog, North Wales and produced large numbers of hand grenades. Manufacturer marked ' H.W.Miller, Bham ' to reverse and is in good condition with bright gilt and undamaged enamel, some wear to gilt.
