Essex ARP ' warrant ' card.

1939 ' Warrant ' card showing the appointment of Mrs Elsie Bailey as a warden for the County of Essex. Initially using a Romford address subsequently being replaced with a Chigwell Heath address. In used condition with some marking and staining to outer boards, contents clean and legible.
