Auxiliary Driver's Association Cap badge.

A particularly scarce example of the bronze cap badge used by the Auxiliary Driver's Association ( ADA ). This was an offshoot of the MTC, based in Birmingham which worked for the Ministry of Information. The badge represents a vehicle headlight blackout mask. ( See J.Mills Within the Island Fortress series No.4 MTC ). This example in excellent, clean condition with both blades intact.
