National Air Raid Precautions Animals Commitee issue identity collar disc . Each disc had an individual identity number registered with NARPAC to make the identification of cats and dogs easier in a post raid situation. This is a variation to the normal plastic variety ( SEE ITEM 9249 ) being made of alloy. Good used condition.
