Certificate of Home Guard Proficiency and a Home Guard Service Certificate to L/Sgt.H.Collier of E Company 5th Lancs ( Preston County ) Battalion Home Guard. The Proficiency certificate shows Collier to have passed tests for Rifle, Sten, Grenade, Battlecraft, Map reading and general knowledge in October 1943. Both items in good condition with some light marking, creases etc.
