Firex Grenade Fire Extinguisher.

Boxed Firex Grenade fire extinguisher. Fire Grenades were filled with carbon tetrachloride, which at room temperature is a liquid but when heated to about 76C becomes a gas. The gaseous carbon tetrachloride has a higher density than air so it sinks and helps smother the flames.
This example complete with it's box and incendiary bomb warning tag is in good condition with it's CTC filling now removed. Packaging fragile with various rips and tears etc.
