This badge was worn by paid and volunteer workers for the ARC in the various clubs that were established around the UK to provide comforts and welfare to US servicemen. Home Guard patch.

15 x 9cms Home Guard patch printed on cotton. These were on issue from August 1940 intially to avoid the waste of exsisting LDV armlets by the simple expedient of sowing the patch over the LDV lettering.
