MkII helmet for a supervisory rank in the Gas Identification Service. Yellow painted 1939 dated shell with rank diamonds to front and rear. Clearly marked ' R O Co.' indicating manufacture by Rubbery Owen & Co., Leeds with a MkI, size 7, 1938 dated liner by Vero.Good, overall condition with abrasions and chipping to the top of the helmet. read more
