Tin with contents of ' Butterfly Brand ' ARP Sealing Tape. Intended to be used to make rooms gasproof by sealing all joints etc., they were later rebranded for use as window reinforcement against flying glass. Good, used condition with stained label. Interestingly the tin has been remanufactured from an ' OXO ' cube tin as evidenced by the printing to the interior. read more

Home Guard Pattern leather belt. Clearly based on the Mounted Services' Bandolier Equipment, this pattern of belt was made specifically for the Home Guard and required the HG Patt. Web sleeve to enable the use of braces and pouches ( SEE item 9221 ). This example distinctly manufacturer marked and dated, will fit a 30" - waist. Good,used supple condition. read more

Home Guard Issue Shotgun Cartridges - Solid Ball.
WD 12 Bore shotgun cartridges widely issued to the Home Guard in an effort to make a shotgun a more effective weapon by making a heavier projectile load. These cartridges were 12 bore spherical ball cartridges which were loaded with a single 16 bore lead ball. Being undersized this allowed it to pass through a choked barrel without damage.
