Embroidered sleeve badge worn by members of ' Y ' Zone staff. ' Y ' Zone stretched from Hornsey to Cheshunt , the badge in the colours of the Middlesex Regt., whose cap badge was worn by all battalions, has three bayonets that make up an inverted Y.
