A recently skip recovered MkII helmet bearing the title of an as yet unidentified factory or company ' M & P Ltd '. This example was recovered from a site in the southern part of Birmingham near Stourbridge. No clear manufacturer or date markings with a MkI liner that is size 7 1/4 1939 example by Vero. Grouping consists of some early ration books R.B.1 and some later 1942 R.B.5 issues with one having been issued by the Market Harborough food office possibly indicating evacuation.
