Staffed mostly by British women, the Club, near Trafalgar Square offered a number of services from haircuts to coffee to Canadian service men. 3 x copies of the Girl's Own Paper, March and November 1941 and March 1942. Full of stories ' Siren Cinderella ' , ' World on Wings ' etc., with other pertinent wartime articles and adverts with a regular ' Worrals ' story, a contribution by W.E.Johns.
