An uncommon enamel sign measuring 69 x 23cms for an ARP Upgraded First Aid Point. In good, clean condition with some minor chips, marks etc. with a black painted border. Upgraded FAPs were provided with more thorough medical facilities and personnel. read more

Printed heavy duty cotton G.I.O. armlet for use by Gas Identification Officers of the Civil Defence services. Introduced in 1944 to indicate the specialist qualification of GIO who were to indicate the ' Designation and Identification of War Gases '. A particularly scarce armband and in good condition with some glue residue to reverse where previously mounted. read more
