1940 dated MkII helmet manufactured by F & L with size 7, 1940 dated MkII liner. To one side is an inverted ' V ' made up of yellow and red, the regimental colours of the Middlesex Regiment with a white numeral signifying the Battalion to the centre. White metal, lapel style badge, for the Newfoundland Forestry Unit as worn by the 3rd Invernessshire (Newfoundland) Battalion Home Guard.
