Early, 1938 dated MkII helmet for a Leading Fireman in 2 Fire Force Area based in the Durham area. Helmet in good used condition with red band denoting rank and NFS and area transfers with some wear. Size 7, 1938 dated MkI liner by Vero with man's name ' Selvey ' scratched onto rim and his number painted on liner. Interior grubby, exterior with scratches and scrapes commensurate with use.
