Card pass issued by the Worcester City Police certifiying that Sidney Edward Adams is a member of the Local Defence Volunteers. Individually numbered and accompanied by a b/w postcard photograph of a uniformed and armed man sporting an LDV armband. It is assumed that this the holder of the pass as they were acquired together. In good condition with some marking to pass. read more
WVS London Civil Defence arm badge.
WVS Civil Defence embroidered arm badge and area title. Arm badge and area title embroidered on felt which replaced flannel from 1941 due to wartime shortages. The badge and London title were worn low on the sleeve although the arm badge does appear both as a breast and beret/hat badge. Both items in good, unmothed condition with clear signs of having been removed from a uniform. read more

Womens' Land Army service certificate made out to a Miss Ethel Benson who served between June 1942 and January 1946. Contained in it's original envelope made out to a Scarborough address. In good, clean condition, slight tearing where envelope has been opened. read more

German 1kg Incendiary Bomb ( French Type ).
A scarce example of a French INC 1Kg incendiary bomb. These magnesium bodied bombs were captured in large quantities after the fall of France and were utilised by the Luftwaffe. This particular example was obtained with a collection of items from a Bristol Air Raid Warden. In good overall condition, retaining 75% of it's original colouring.
