Large ( 40mm ) and impressive chrome and enamel lapel badge for a Fire Watcher, part of an unknown company, R&M, A.R.P. team. Half moon lapel fitting to reverse with manufacturer's details for ' Thos.Fattorini, B'ham ' with a scratched, presumably an issue number. Generally good condition with some stress marks to enamel and one section of missing enamel to the bottom of the badge. read more

Heavily used with rubbing, creasing and various marks but scarce. read more
Observer Corps Armband.
Scarce example of the early Observer Corps armband issued to Observers before the issue of uniform. Like many of the examples I have handled before they are vulnerable to moth damage and this is no exception with some minor areas of damage with some scorching. Named to the reverse and to the interior unfortunately indistinctly. read more
