Brass and enamel, pinback badge for a Waste Paper Collector. Unfortunately the N.R.F. intials to the front of the badge have not been positively identified. However, the badge looks to predate the official Ministry of Supply salvage schemes brought in from early 1942. An attractive badge in excellent condition with undamaged enamel. read more

Printed blue/black on khaki Home Guard shoulder title for the 51st Surrey Battalion, Wimbledon, accompanied by a screen printed Home Guard shoulder title. Both items in good, clean condition with evidence of having been removed from a uniform. Although Surrey titles are amongst some of the more common those from Wimbledon are less common. read more

Costing 1/- and featuring a comic cover the booklet covered recipes from ' Victory and War-time Cake ' to pudding without eggs. This example has clearly been used and is a little tired with chipping to spine and slightly grubby covers. read more
