ARP/CD Splinter Goggles.
Introduced early in the War these goggles were worn by A.R.P. personnel to protect eyes from spitting incendiary devices and bomb splinters. Two types of these goggles are known, this example has a solid bridge with an adjustable strap and foam rubber padding to the interior.
